Do you know what I mean by slashable?  Well in this case, it's those lush guys out there who you just know would be so good together... but sadly they aren't.  Or they are pretending they aren't.  But we can still wish and dream, and write fics. 

This page is dedicated to unearthing all those potential slashboys and making the job of slashing them as easy as possible, by providing those pesky things called facts.  "What-ho!" I hear you say "So basically this is your slash wish-list and you're putting up this information in the sad hope that someone may read it and write you some slash!"  Well you're darn right.

Who is this guy?  This is none other than the frontman and lead singer of Finnish "love metal" goth band HIM, or "His Infernal Majesty" if you need it spelled out.  Why he's slashable:   Let's see... there's the pretty face, the makeup, the nail polish, the pouting, the Brian-Molko-like posing with cigarettes (in his own words "All the cigarette smoking is just a substitute for cock-sucking...."), the androgyny... Not to mention the attitude within the sub-culture that most goth bois are bi. (Well, that was a more widely held belief in the 80's. But then Ville would've qualified for gothdom back then also).  What he's like:  To me he seems like an over grown naughty little boy. He was hyperactive to the extreme as a child and it's seems the habit has continued, with Ville admitting that in interviews he occasionally "colours the truth" to make things more interesting. As a result, you're never quite sure what to believe, even if it is an actual quote. But a few running themes are: 1. Ville likes to drink. A lot. He commented once that he has a hangover every morning. 2. He's not particularly interested in sex. It could be all talk, but Ville seems to think that a night in with a good video can top the deed. Hard to believe? Yes indeed. He can't be wanting for partners, with his dark good looks and oozing charisma. He's already being compared to the likes of Iggy Pop and Jim Morrison. Oh, and on the technical side - he has asthma, yet he's a heavy smoker and a whole lot of tattoos including a full sleeve and one that takes up most of his pelvis. Fun Quote: "My sexuality has always been an issue. The more gossip the better. If I would say that I'm heterosexual, married with three children... that would ruin everything..." Who to slash him with:  The easy answer is: any of the other members of HIM. Particulary Mige. For a bass player, he talks the most in interviews aside from Ville himself, and it's obvious from the shit these two give each other, that they're close. They're both original members of the band and they've known each other forever - so it's friends-into-lovers or a long term love affair kept quiet. Aside from him there's Linde (guitar), Burton (keyboards) and Gas (drums). I challenge you to find out *anything* about these guys because 90% of HIM on the internet is all Ville, Ville and more Ville. But then, who could help that? In the scheme of things, Ville strikes me as someone who's experimented with his sexuality, so you could write him as experienced, or as someone with fleeting bi-experience only, needing to be tutored by a more knowing partner. He's a confident top or a bossy bottom, but he's got too much attitude to be submissive, unless he's playing to someone even more outrageous. Give him a go.
