TNI: Reason For Living I've been running this site so long that it never occured to me that no one really knew why exactly this site was up, beyond a simple wish to post stories of the same genre on the same site.       I consider myself an amatuer writer.   But I was never terribly inspired to write until i came across the contreversial The Real Deal.   It had never even occured to me to write about those two artists that I admired immensely.   Yet once I read through them, I was certain I too could write a fanfiction just like I saw on that site.       So I wrote my first ever story and considered sending it in to TRD like my friend Mandy (who used to run this site) had already done.   We came to realize that the poor webmistresses of that site where not able to regularly update TRD, through no fault of their own.   We sat and thought about our situation.   It was then that we came to the conclusion "Why not just do it ourselves?"       So we went to it.   Now, I did not really know any HTML at this point, but youcan actually pick up quite a bit by just studying webpages.     So the bare bones of The Night Island was born, possessing the few gathered stories of myself and Mandy Moon. ~ Luna Darkhaze, co-founder of TNI       Which leads us to why we made this site the way it is, to the...
